Meet my Planet Fitness trainer, Joey.

Instead of a second cup of coffee, Joey has our group reaching for weights, bands, and more.

For the longest time, I thought this rope exercise was easy. Well, it IS…. but only for 20 seconds. Something crazy happens at 20 seconds. My shoulders and arms started to feel like they were burning and close to failure. Wow.

The two 30-minute training classes, back-to-back, start at 10 AM. The first one is called “30-Minute Workout,” and the second is called, “PF360-Burn.” Talk about sweat equity. Join our group sometime (we meet at the Richmond Heights PF)!!!

Thank goodness for long, hot showers afterwards. FAR better than a second cup of coffee!
