Low-Carb Pasta

I’ve been using pasta made from black beans recently in an attempt to curb our simple carb intake.

In the meantime, while Sally and I were at Heinen’s today, I saw a pasta that had even lower net carbs and higher fiber. Has anyone ever cooked with edamame pasta? Please use the comments below to give me your review (comments will be open for 2 weeks).
