Active Saturday

March 28, 2020

Sunshine Coming

March 21, 2020

The latest GOES-16 image shows clear (NACITS) skies just to our north. As of 11:30 a.m., it’s still overcast, even at Burke Lakefront Airport (camera courtesy Zone Aviation). The lakeshore will be the first to see sunny breaks today. Eventually, everyone will clear out, but it will remain crisp for this time of year.

Gotta love #technology … allowing me to do my weather segments from home on @fox8news at 5PM. Doing my segments without a tie is something I could easily get used to!!! https://t.co/x6GDhYPNv4 — Andre Bernier (@AndreBernier) March 20, 2020

The probability of seeing an inch or more of rain between now and Friday evening is very strong. It will come in two waves. The first is tonight and early tomorrow morning. The second will be Thursday night through mid-afternoon Friday.
