I was fortunate enough to capture some astro-images of Venus’ encounter with the “Seven Sisters” of the Pleiades Cluster on Friday evening.

Loved your photo. Without it, I would have had to depend on my eyes, which aren’t as young as they used to be. The Governor’s LOCK-DOWN took every man-made light out of my neighborhood; no cars and car lights either. And apparently the neighbors didn’t share my love for the sky, and they all went to bed early too! That set the stage for a night darkness that was as rare as the meeting between Venus and the sisters; and the perfect backdrop.
Such a gift! I think the Lord knew I needed it. I will remember it.
How fun you had the opportunity to see more of God’s Hand in the heavens!~~
