I have attended one* of many health conferences during which Dr. Ryan Ardis spoke (*Dallas in 2023). I took copious notes when he spoke as someone who genuinely cared for the perfect health the way God designed life to be lived.

This is the second time that Dr. Ardis was Steve Schultz’s guest on Elijah Streams. I cannot recommend this episode enough. Watch the whole thing to get the most out of it!

First Snow

Weather

It was the first accumulating snow for many backyards in NEOhio thanks to an impressive cold pool that wills opened the next 24 hours in the Ohio Valley.

The snow in my garden arrived right on time, that is, right after my final harvest:

Say It Isn’t SNOW

Posted on November 17, 2024 By Andre Bernier
Weather

Early in the week, we anticipate temperatures to remain a little above normal. Essentially, we’re talking about highs in the 50s. However, we anticipate a pattern shift too much colder by the end of the week.

In fact, it may be cold enough for much of the area to see snow showers for the first time this season.

A Soggy Thursday

There’s no avoiding it… the next system was slow to move in, and will be just as slow to move out.  The heaviest rainfall, however, will be to our south.

After that, a progressive shift to much colder may result in some snow as we approach Thanksgiving.
