That means an elevated chance of seeing the northern lights tonight! Skies will be completely clear, so get away from city lights and start lookijng anytime after dark. While it still feels muggy right now, just look at all of the dry air to our west getting ready to zoom in!
The air will have a completely different feel by Wednesday.
Helene was “gobbled up” by an upper low a few days ago.
As a result, the combined recalcitrant low set up sjop just to our southwest, sending waves of showers into Ohio. Note how the moisture slowly disappears over the first few days of the work week.
